<li><em>Phytochemicals and Antioxidants.</em> Our body also needs phytochemicals and antioxidants which can be found on fresh fruits and vegetables. These two helps on washing those toxins in our body which can cause something to our skin and digesting. Antioxidants can also helps us feel young, to look young, and disease-free body.<em></em></li>

<p>Having a healthy diet gives our body the adequate amount of energy, raw materials, vitamins, and minerals that is needed for our body to stay healthy.
